Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Watermarks Pro (https://watermarkspro.com), including the online bulk watermark tool, the blog and the paid Pro plan. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Watermarks Pro lets you add text and logo watermarks to images, and resize and compress them. Processing happens in your web browser. Your images are not uploaded to our servers.

2. Free plan

The free plan lets you watermark up to 4 images at a time. The free plan is supported by advertising. We may change the free plan limits at any time.

3. Pro lifetime plan

• Pro is a one-time payment of $10 or ₹1,000 (including applicable taxes where required). It is not a subscription and is never renewed or charged again.
• Pro removes the free image limit and ads, for the account (email address) used to buy it.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as Watermarks Pro operates the service. If we ever close the service we will give at least 30 days' notice on the site.
• A Pro account is for one person or business. Sharing your login publicly or reselling access is not allowed and may lead to the account being closed without refund.

4. Payments

Payments in Indian Rupees are processed by Razorpay and payments in US Dollars by our listed payment partner. We do not see or store your card details. Pro is activated on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to your images and logos. You are responsible for having the right to watermark and use the images you process. Do not use the service to infringe anyone's rights or for unlawful purposes.

6. Accounts

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us at info@watermarkspro.com if you think your account has been misused.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be error free or uninterrupted. Always keep a copy of your original images. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
